Christopher Robert Evans is a well-known American actor. In his first television appearances Evans portrayed roles such as Opposite sexuality in the year 2000. Following appearances in several teen films including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans also appeared in the films of comics as well as graphic novels TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). He gained wider recognition for the role he played as Steve Rogers / Captain America in a variety of Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War as well as the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). The work he did on the Marvel series established him as one of the top-paid actors.
